Returns & Refunds
We think our products are fabulous, but you can order safe in the knowledge that if you don’t that’s OK.
We operate a no quibble returns policy. If you return an item within 30 days of purchase we will give you back the full amount you paid for that item or items, no question.
This includes new, unworn or used goggles.
To RETURN the goggles to us:

Post the googles to:

Please get proof of postage, just in case they go missing. Unfortunately we cannot refund the cost of postage for the return.
We will refund you within 10 days of receiving the goggles.
To EXCHANGE your goggles:
Please send them back to us as if they are a return (see above) so that you receive a refund
Then re-purchase your new goggles in the correct size or colour.
If you have any problems with or feedback about your goggles, we’d welcome an email as we are always trying to improve our products.
Its worth knowing that if you experience leaky goggles, they probably aren’t faulty just the wrong size. Check the advice on our website about getting the best fit and exchange them for a smaller size if appropriate.
